PRAYER PARTNERSHIP ARMY

The Lord has directed me to ask His people around the world to be part of our Prayer Partnership Army. Intercession is a powerful weapon that cancels the plans of the devil against the work of God and establishes God’s plan for His work.

We are looking for faithful stewards in prayer to partner with us and lift up prayer requests from all over the world. Praying with others can have a dramatic effect in your own life. We need each other. God never meant us to walk through life alone. Prayer partners are God’s secret agents of blessing. In fact, it is not good to be always praying alone. We need to pray by ourselves, but at times we need the encouragement that comes from praying with a prayer partner. Prayer partners are God’s agents of blessing.

Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10,12

We need to stand together in prayer in order to defeat the enemy. There are so many benefits to praying together. The example of Moses in the heaviness of battle is a reminder to all of us of the need for prayer partners. We need others to hold up our hands, especially when we are going through a difficult time. Praying together with a prayer partner gives us strength.

One of the ways the Holy Spirit will lead you to follow Him is in a specific area of prayer known as intercession. Intercession is the act of praying on behalf of someone else. It’s a practice that takes devotion and a heartfelt desire to see someone else’s life change for the better, and all believers are called to participate in it. The Apostle Paul put it like this: “I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them” (1 Timothy 2:1). Believing for a loved one’s salvation, standing for a friend’s healing, praying for the leaders of your nation, or desiring a financial breakthrough all often come about because of intercession. If you feel the Spirit leading you to intercede on behalf of someone else, then prepare your heart by doing three things.

Jn 17:20-22

My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. John 17:20-22
