With over 15 years of experience in ministry, Pastor Timothy Tomlinson has devoted his life to bringing inner healing and deliverance to those in need. Through his unwavering faith, perseverance in the face of adversity, and compassion for others, he has impacted countless lives. 

 

Pastor Timothy's journey into ministry began in 2005 when he became an ordained minister. This marked the start of what would become his life's purpose - to serve God and bring hope to the brokenhearted. In 2009, Pastor Timothy commenced his work at New Life Ministries in Queen Creek, Arizona where he first served as a youth pastor before becoming associate pastor. During this time, he also founded Healing the Brokenhearted, a Christian counseling ministry focused on inner healing through deliverance.

 

Pastor Timothy's commitment to serving his community and passion for evangelizing was clear in all his pursuits. He later took on the role of senior pastor at Kingdom Bible Church, embracing the leadership position with humility and eagerness to make a difference. 

 

Yet it was Pastor Timothy's own trials and tribulations that shaped his ministry. Having overcome tobacco addiction and found comfort after the tragic loss of his daughter, Pastor Timothy experienced firsthand the healing power of God. These life-altering events deepened his spirituality and ignited an relentless passion to guide others through their own hardships. As it says in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

 

Today, Pastor Timothy leads Healing the Brokenhearted as founder and senior pastor. The ministry offers pastoral counseling, inner healing, deliverance, and exorcisms to those struggling with issues like mental health challenges, demonic oppression, childhood trauma, depression, and more. Pastor Timothy and his team provide clients with biblically-based support, equipping them with tools and guidance to find restoration.

 

At the core of Pastor Timothy's approach is his belief in the profound love, grace, and restorative abilities of Jesus Christ. Through his counseling and spiritual mentoring, he calls on the power of the Holy Spirit to free individuals from destructive cycles and transform their lives, as Jesus himself modeled: "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free" (Luke 4:18). Pastor Timothy's ability to connect with people authentically, listen without judgement, and instill hope has been instrumental to the success of his ministry.

 

Pastor Timothy's own journey to inner healing and deliverance fuels his passion for helping others experience the same freedom. Before starting his ministry, Pastor Timothy and his wife Sarah went through their own process of inner healing deliverance after years of struggling spiritually. Their firsthand experience with the life-changing effects of releasing trauma, breaking negative thought patterns, and inviting God's presence into the innermost hurts and wounds lit a fire within them to help others do the same.

 

Drawing on his experience, Pastor Timothy uses a combination of biblical truth, the power of prayer, and the leading of the Holy Spirit to bring about holistic inner transformation. His approach dives below surface-level symptoms to address the root causes of individuals' brokenness. Pastor Timothy believes that below the external behaviors often tied to mental turmoil are spiritual issues of a broken heart and wounded identity in need of reparation. As Psalm 147:3 reminds us, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Therefore, his ministry focuses on inner healing of one's sense of self and soul before outward deliverance from destructive habits and behaviors can meaningfully take place. 

 

At Healing the Brokenhearted, Pastor Timothy and his team employ critical aspects of inner healing and deliverance including:

 

- Identity Renewal: Using principles based in biblical truth, they help clients renew their minds and discover their true identity as beloved children of God. As Romans 12:2 says, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." This establishes a solid foundation from which inner healing can unfold.

 

- Dealing with Trauma: They help bring traumatic memories and experiences into the light, using Christian counseling techniques to process pain and find restoration. 

 

- Breaking Ungodly Soul Ties: They identify and break ungodly soul ties from past relationships, experiences, or occult practices that cause emotional turmoil. This removes demonic oppression.

 

- Healing Inner Wounds: They pray with individuals to bring healing to painful emotional and spiritual wounds that create openings for oppression. God's love fills those empty spaces.

 

- Deliverance: They cast out demons that have rights due to unresolved inner issues, as Jesus did when he healed the demon-possessed man: "He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons" (Mark 1:34). The individual stands in God's strength.

 

- Spiritual Warfare: They equip individuals with spiritual warfare tools against demonic attacks and oppression, as Ephesians 6 calls us to "put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes." This instills a sense of empowerment.

 

Pastor Timothy understands that for many, the wounds of trauma or broken identity have built up layer upon layer over many years. Therefore, he offers both single and extended counseling sessions to suit each person's needs, meeting them where they are at spiritually and emotionally. Extended "intensive" sessions allow for deep inner healing by facing trauma, grieving losses, breaking strongholds, aligning with truth, and more - all supported by the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit.

 

Above all, Pastor Timothy operates his ministry with genuine care and Christlike compassion for people. He exudes humility, grace and unwavering faith in Christ's power to heal and restore the soul. Pastor Timothy is a fierce prayer warrior, calling on Jesus' authority to break chains and transform lives. 

 

He has witnessed numerous miracles of healing through deliverance and considers it a sacred honor to facilitate the Lord's restorative work.

Dr. Bitcon is the founder of Inner Healing and Deliverance (www.innerhealinganddeliverance.org), which is a teaching, coaching, and mentorship ministry that focuses on deliverance and inner healing.

Through this ministry, Dr. Bitcon teaches mental health professionals, pastors, and others who have a heart for hurting people about the importance of deliverance and inner healing. He offers training and resources to help equip these individuals to better serve those who are struggling with emotional and spiritual challenges.

Sarah Tomlinson is a passionate and dedicated Christian counselor, youth pastor, and senior pastor who has been serving her community for over 15 years.  Sarah's work focuses specifically on women dealing with past trauma, helping them to overcome their struggles and find healing and peace in Christ. With her deep faith and commitment to her work, Sarah has become a trusted and respected leader in her field.
